Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 6, 2026

This policy covers OneBio (onebio.dev). It's written in plain language rather than as a legal document, and it isn't a substitute for advice from a lawyer if you need one for your own situation.

What the bio generator collects: nothing

The bio generator runs entirely in your browser. Anything you type into it — a name, hobby, job, city, or anything else — is used only to assemble a bio on your screen and is never sent to a server, logged, or stored anywhere. There's no account, no login, and no database behind the tool.

What this site does collect

We don't currently run visitor analytics. If that changes (for example, adding privacy-respecting traffic analytics), this page will be updated to say exactly what's collected and why, before it goes live.

Advertising and cookies

OneBio may display ads served through Google AdSense and similar ad networks. These third parties may use cookies, device identifiers, or similar technology to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites.

Third-party links

Guides on this site sometimes reference other apps and services (Instagram, TikTok, Hinge, and similar). We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their privacy practices — check their own policies directly.

Children's privacy

OneBio is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
